We went back to Mag-aso Falls to celebrate my cousin's homecoming. Again, I was very excited to dive into Mag-aso's ice-cold and turquoise water! :)
This time, we witnessed a strong current brought by the rainy season. A bit scary because we have children with us and the water seems to be so strong that might carry us all the way down. However, It didn't stopped us from having fun!
Witnessing the raging water of Mag-aso is both amazingly stunning and frightening. For the safety of the children we swam along those areas that are covered with rocks. So beautiful to see those overflowing falls but very risky to play with.
Above the main falls, there's this mushroom shape waterfall and a deep pond. Here, we enjoyed relaxing with the waters that somehow gave us a massage! The rocks here are not slippery as compared to the main falls below. Of course if you're a daredevil you can use this falls as a slide for the deep pond.
(It's a bit risky to jump into this pond tho, The pond is surrounded with large rocks and the only exit for the water is almost 10 feet below. It feels like a vacuum from above).

If you see that bamboo stick floating, we tried to use it in measuring the depth of the pond but it is still not enough to reached the bottom!
